UNH Ubiquitous Computing Certificate Overview

We live in the era of ubiquitous computing, in which we are surrounded by interconnected computing devices that have become parts of the fabric of our lives. This certificate program will prepare students to develop and deploy ubiquitous computing systems.

This certificate program offers a flexible, short-turnaround time to completion allowing busy employees to participate.  Enjoy applied learning in an asynchronous but facilitated environment with course instructors and a student success coach.

Admissions Information

Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.  Applicants should have demonstrated aptitude in undergraduate coursework or similar work experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Submit an application to the UNH Graduate School with the following:

  • Prior college transcripts
  • Two letters  of recommendation
  • Resume
  • Personal Statement Essay
  • Full list of application requirements

Priority consideration is given to students whose applications and required materials are received by the following deadlines:

  • Fall/August Admission (e-Term 1):  May 1st Extended to June 15th!
  • Spring/January Admission (e-Term 3):  November 1

Financial aid is not available for certificate programs.
